By fostering collaboration between the client and design team, CB Civil commenced physical work before finalising the building consent design. This proactive approach expedited the project by an entire earthworks season compared to traditional build-only methods. CB Civil self-performed all on-site operations, mobilizing approximately 40 staff members for the project.
