Subdivisions
From 10 to 100 lots, we have experience in delivering Land Development projects for both private and government clients.
Our multidiscipline teams self-perform each stage of a project across Environmental, Drainage, Earthworks, Structures, Cartage and Roading. We are experienced with remote, steep terrain, and difficult ground condition projects.

Our in-house team of expert concrete layers pride themselves on being among the best in the industry, whether it's residential land development, industrial complexes or structures our concrete team can do the job.
Quality first is what drives the team's success. Good concrete starts from a good foundation that's why all our site excavation and preparations are completed by the wider CB Civil team. We have high-quality controls in place for each concrete pour including a robust pre & post-pour inspection and QA documentation process.
