This project was a 32 lot Subdivision with 2 and 3 story Building/apartments
CB Civil provided:
Sole Subcontractor to HNZ for Civil Works including:
- Bulk Earthworks
- 2700m³ of Fill
- 110m of Under Channel Drains, 300m of Stormwater Drainage, Underground Detention Tank and 300m of Waste Water Drainage.
- 450m of individual services installed (Chorus and Vector)
- 1000m of Watermain
- 200m² of timber retaining walls ranging from 0.3 to 1m in height.
- 1000m² of Subbase and Base Coarse layers built
- 350m of Kerb and Channel installed across Accessways, footpaths and Carparks
- 750m² of Reinforced Accessway
Contracted Works completed in time, with an extension of time-based on variation works completed during the contract period
