A high level of trust, collaboration, and willingness to innovate were features of the project team’s approach. Delivering a project significantly under budget, significantly ahead of programme, whilst delivering legacy broader outcomes is rare in today’s construction industry.
Simply put, exceptional project outcomes for all parties. The goals and KPIs established for the project have been far exceeded. Overall feedback from the wider project team is that the Peacocke Northern Rising Main represents an industry benchmark for project delivery and collaborative teamwork. Many members of the wider team have noted that the project is the highlight of their career.

Quality & Excellence
Hamilton City Council, WSP and CB Civil were able to communicate, share knowledge and have transparent access to quality documentation “real time” as it was created on the project. This was a first for this HCC and WSP to have a single platform that allowed the team to have a “single source of truth”. For example HCC and WSP had access to real time QA data and information, Health & safety reporting and observations, as well as managing all Design and document updates to ensure success.
The implementation of software ensured that any gaps or issues were identified early, and managed to prevent serious re-work, injury, or gaps in communication requests.
