Quality Excellence
Hamilton City Council, WSP and CB Civil were able to communicate, share knowledge and have transparent access to quality documentation “real time” as it was created on the project. This was a first for this HCC and WSP to have a single platform that allowed the team to have a “single source of truth”. For example HCC and WSP had access to real time QA data and information, Health & safety reporting and observations, as well as managing all Design and document updates to ensure success.
The implementation of software ensured that any gaps or issues were identified early, and managed to prevent serious re-work, injury, or gaps in communication requests.
