Was great to celebrate the team who have completed the Future Ready life online training programme as part of our Te Whare Whanui (The House of Learning).
This programme, facilitated by Education Unlimited aimed to;
With a growing requirement within our company to work and collaborate online our staff are seeing how connected the site and the 'website' have become. From timesheet to health & safety reporting, quality control and plant interaction, we want to enable our staff to thrive in the construction working environment and are committed to raising the bar with support for our staff that has an impact that extends beyond the classroom.
To do this we partnered with Education Unlimited (EU) who facilitated the training under our new training programme Te Whare Whānui ( The house of learning )

We are committed to ongoing training and development of our people. Te Whare Whānui programme has tangibly improved worker communication and digital capability. Training and development within CB Civil is a key tool in employee retention, personal and professional happiness and business growth. These programmes complement the existing framework by providing Communication and digital capability skills. Written and oral communication is critical across induction, health and safety and every day on site. These crucial workplace skills are embedded in both Te Whare Whānui programmes.
