Debbie Colquhoun contributes 35 years experience in Systems Development, Governance, Leadership and Change Management across the Roading, Mining, Tunnelling, Rail and Construction Industries.

She is passionate about working with people and organisations to help them perform at their best.  Over the course of her career, she's been responsible for designing and implementing the safety, quality and environmental systems on some of New Zealand’s largest infrastructure projects, including the Tauranga Eastern Link, East Taupo Arterial, Waikato Expressway Te Rapa Section, Christchurch Southern Motorway and Northern Gateway Alliance to name a few.

In recent years, she held senior leadership roles at an organisational level, as National Quality and Systems Manager for Fulton Hogan and New Zealand HSEQ and Systems Manager for Fletcher Construction.  In each of these roles, her success had been due to her ability to build a strong team culture to drive positive change.  She works with teams to understand their needs and to develop practical solutions that support them to do their job.
